See the venue before requesting a quote
Sylvan Hills lists full-property packages both with and without the auditorium. The photograph below comes from the resort's media library and shows the actual indoor hall in a seated event arrangement.

The room inventory lists the full property for up to 130 guests. That number should not be treated as the auditorium's legal or comfortable seating capacity. Ask the resort to confirm separate capacities for accommodation, seated dining, theatre-style seating and standing functions.
Information to send with your enquiry
- Event type and preferred dates
- Expected daytime and overnight guest counts
- Number of rooms and dormitory spaces required
- Seating layout and stage requirements
- Meal count and dietary requirements
- Audio, power and decoration requirements
- Vehicle count and parking needs
- Setup, event and checkout times
- Accessibility requirements for guests
Detailed information produces a more useful quotation than asking only for a “wedding package” or “corporate package.”
Weddings and family functions
Ask whether the quotation includes the auditorium, stage setup, dining area, rooms, cleaning, electricity, backup power and taxes. If outside decorators, caterers, photographers or sound teams are involved, obtain the venue rules in writing before confirming them.
Corporate meetings and group retreats
For a corporate programme, verify seating, projection, sound, internet requirements and power backup. Separate the working-session plan from optional activities such as pool access or local sightseeing, since weather and facility schedules may change.
Accommodation planning
The current inventory includes apartments, couple packages, a dormitory and full-property options. Match rooms to the actual guest list instead of assuming every attendee can use the same accommodation type. The room tariff guide records the prices currently displayed on the site.
Before paying an advance
Request a written quotation containing the event date, included spaces, guest counts, meal plan, taxes, payment schedule, cancellation terms and damage or overtime conditions. Visit the property where possible so the organiser understands the hall, guest-room and vehicle movement.
